Shipping Method
Taiwan Shipping:
Shipping fees are based on the size and quantity of the board game.
A small size board game is 50 TWD.
A medium size board game is 80 TWD.
After the order is placed, it will take 3-5 working days to ship.
The shipping method will be sent from Taiwan's domestic post office to the address you filled out.
The delivery time will take around 7 days and will be affected by national holidays.
Other country Shipping:
If a customer needs to order from another country outside Taiwan, please contact us through our facebook fanpage or email. We will calculate the shipping fees and delivery time for you.
Return Policy
According to Consumer Protection Law, consumers can enjoy the right of a hesitation period of seven days from the day after the arrival of the goods. However, the hesitation period is not a trial period. Please note that the goods you return must be restored to their original state when the goods arrive, and maintain whole packaging (including the product, accessories, gifts, guarantees, original packaging and all accompanying documents or information), do not miss any accessories or damage the original box.
Return Step:

Fill in "Return" to the company's email. We will review your return request within 3-5 working days from the day after receiving the application. After the review is completed, you will be notified by Email.

Send the goods together with the invoice / shipment schedule / rebate list (indicating the replacement or refund, detailed description of the status and signature, and the triple invoice should be stamped with the company invoice). We will handle the relevant procedures for you immediately after receiving the goods.

After the company receives your application, if it is confirmed that it is correct, it will refund the consideration you have paid (including credit card transactions) in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, and an E-mail notification letter will be sent on the day that we send the refund to you.

Remind you that the original box and the original packaging are part of the product. If there is any loss, damage or missing parts, it may affect your rights to return the product, and the expenses necessary to restore the original condition may also be deducted according to the degree of damage.

If you need to handle refunds for you because you request a return or exchange, or because our company cannot accept all or part of your order, or because the contract is terminated or loses its validity, you agree that the company can handle the invoice on your behalf or discount bills and other documents required by relevant laws and regulations, so that our company can handle refunds for you.
